“Lovely experience from beginning to end. I’ve always gone to Hakim or Costco for eye exams and the eye exam I received at Specsavers was so comprehensive and detailed, I was blown away by the care and attention to detail, right down to the fitting of my glasses. Amazing customer service too. Lots of beautiful frames to choose from and super affordable. I won’t go anywhere else for glasses/contacts moving forward. “I I recently visited Specsavers to get two pairs of sunglasses, and I had a great experience. Aishwarya assisted me throughout the process, and she was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me choose the best options without any pressure. “I have been a customer at Specsavers at Park Place for a few years. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. Excellent customer service. The doctor is amazing. He takes the time to explain results and is very helpful. If you're looking for a great place for your eye exam and glasses, Park Place is the perfect choice. “Service was great, optometrist was very attentive and test done well. Environment was clean and staff made me feel welcome and were patient when I delayed with making a choice, followed up next day. “The team was great. It was my first time getting glasses. My eye exam was thorough and not very invasive. The doctor is so knowledgeable and explained everything in simple terms so I could understand what was happening with my eyes. The staff was great in getting me cashed out and helping me to pick the cutest glasses. Highly recommend this location. “Excellent xperience overall! !!! Dr. Joe was professional, thorough, and clear during the eye exam, taking the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. Xander provided excellent support throughout the visit, helping with frame and lens options and making the entire process smooth and well organized. The store is clean, well laid out, and offers good promotions along with a solid selection of frames and lenses. A very positive experience from start to finish. “Went in today to pick up my new glasses. Alesha was absolutely phenomenal. She answered all of my questions and made helpful adjustments. She was both friendly and personable. Would highly reccomend her I will definitely be returning with my family!”
