“The staff were all lovely, super helpful, and not pushy with sales. I felt relaxed and well taken care of throughout the eye exam and in the glasses choosing process. Their eye doctors are thorough and took the time to answer my zillions of questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. I had to leave for another appointment, and Makena, who helped me with choose my glasses, kindly put all of the frames I was interested in my file so they could easily be pulled out when I came back another time. On top of all of this, the pricing cannot be beat! I've already 3 other people to this location and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great experience!”

“I had an amazing experience here because of Loraine. I appreciate the part that she accomodated my requests, worked with me to make the most of my budget. Maximized all the lovely deals that i could get. I didnt feel any pressure to go beyond my budget. She even insisted on helping me with my insurance (cuz i wasnt that she) She checked it out for me. So yeah, no issues, top notch and professional service. Its a 5 star for me.”

“Customer Service is a priority here. They are busy. However, once a staff becomes available you will feel attended to. This location has set the bar for me. I will never go back to those other places ie. Costco, or great glasses. Specsavers is exceptional. My glasses are soo great and price was overall affordable. I was concerned that they would fall off me because of my job in health care, but they were fitted soo well that its no longer a concern. I am soo grateful for the staff at Meadow town! They are genuine and they care. You can tell they are a great company to work for from the attitudes of the employees!
