“From the moment I booked my boys’ appointment, to speaking with the absolute sweetheart on the phone, to their eye exams and the wonderful doctor who saw them, the entire experience was honestly better than I could have imagined. And then they got a very special surprise afterward, which made the whole experience even more memorable. I had been anxious about bringing my boys in because they don’t typically do well with being contained or having to sit still for appointments. But the staff were so kind, patient and welcoming, and everything went incredibly smoothly. Even the experience of being at the Lambton Mall ended up being a positive one. I had been avoiding taking the boys because I wasn’t sure how they would handle it, but today the traffic was perfect, the atmosphere was calm, and it actually gave them a great opportunity to practice walking, socializing and navigating a busy environment. It turned into one of those days where you realize, “Wow… I was worried about this for nothing.” And those days are HUGE when you’re parenting autistic children. And the best news of all? The boys have perfect eyesight and there are no concerns right now! So thank you, Dr. Wai and your lovely staff, for making something I was genuinely anxious about into such a positive experience. Every person we interacted with made a difference, and I truly appreciate it. Hands down, an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thank you for taking such good care of my boys!”

“Specsavers Londonderry mall, Edmonton Alberta, some of the poorest customer service I have seen wrong glasses order deceptive pricing and marketing. As well when they order two pairs of glasses, same frames, distinctive colour difference between the two and then they tell you only payed for one. Also, the first pair with a wrong prescription they made progressive instead of the single end reflex and bifocal. They tried to tell me that these basically didn’t exist, and made me feel like I was trying to rip them off or scam them just horrible no accountability whatsoever. Very poor business practice will not ever use or recommend this business. All of this was specsavers mistake. Well absolutely never recommend or say anything good about.”
