“I am glad I walked in to Sparsh Wellness Retreat; their environment and their front personnel are very welcoming, you’ll feel refresh already with how they treat you and answer all your queries. I booked massage therapy with Miss Tin - Yan Pong and I promise, she’s the best that I have had for years of having different RMT. She’s very thorough in understanding where your pain is and able to address the issue. I felt relieved as she goes through the my tense muscles on my back, glutes, shoulders and neck. I only had 2 sessions with her and I am very pleased and grateful. I’ll will continue my therapy with her. “This man saved my life multiple times. I've had my hips out of alignment, sciatica, one time I woke up and couldn't turn my head, upper back issues from machine operating, ribs out, probably forgetting some. Every single one of these was a different incident and he fixed me in one visit every time. I sometimes re-injured myself and went back to have the same thing, walking out with a smile and feeling like I could conquer anything again. “Around 9 years ago I had a back pain issue and tried 3 other Chiropractors. After a total of 15+ visits I was still almost in the same place pain wise. A friend reffered me to Doc Zindler and after 2 visits and a bit of exercises he prescribed, I was 100%! I have been back on occasion and usually 1-2 visits I am good for another few years.
