“Finally! The gym I’ve been searching for. It’s not a big chain brand - I compare it to a « fine tuned restaurant » much more personal than all those commercial gyms! The trainers create meaningful, original, well thought-out workouts that give results. STRENGTH training at its finest. The gym is run by knowledgeable athletes who know what they’re talking about! They demo properly and keep a close eye on form and proper technique! They care about their community and take pride in their gym environment. I feel safe, motivated and strong at SPAR.
