“I’ve been going to Spa True in Langley for several years now for treatments that have included facials, massages, and microneedling, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The staff here are genuinely some of the kindest people you’ll meet — warm, welcoming, and always making you feel cared for from the moment you walk in. It never feels rushed or routine; they take their time, explain everything, and make sure you’re comfortable. The treatments themselves have been wonderful.. Even microneedling — which sounds intimidating — felt safe and surprisingly calming because of how attentive and reassuring the team is. “First visit and I was really impressed. The spa is clean, calming, and beautifully set up with a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The staff were warm and welcoming, which immediately put me at ease. I had both a facial and a massage with Sonia, and she was fantastic; professional, attentive, and clearly experienced. “Spa Tru has always been my go to spot to come for any of my treatments. I moved to cultus lake and now do the commute to Langley just to be in their space . The staff are very knowledgeable and clearly are passionate about their work. They have long time employees that have been there since I started going 8 years ago, which obviously speaks volumes in how it is managed. Mike is amazing and makes you feel very comfortable; which is especially important when it comes to coolscupting which can make one feel very vulnerable!”Read moreShow less

“I booked a 2-hour signature package and it was worth every minute! Keiko is very skilled and detail-oriented, my facial left my skin glowing, hydrated, and noticeably smoother.
