“Last weekend, my 12-year-old daughter and I visited Montreal from Southern Ontario, and one of the things I was most looking forward to was this spa. I had heard so many amazing things about it, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were treated like queens. Every single person we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The estheticians who took care of us were not only incredibly sweet, but also highly skilled. I can honestly say I had the best pedicure of my life. It was so thorough yet gentle, and the final result was absolutely 10/10. You can tell they truly care about the experience and take pride in their work. The spa itself is such a vibe. The decor is stunning, calming, and beautifully designed. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making you feel relaxed and comfortable from beginning to end. “Amazing service and incredible facial! I did a chemical peel with Rafaelle and it did not disappoint. She explained each step of the process along with all the products she used. I left there feeling so refreshed and ended my visit with a delicious matcha :)”

“Great massage therapy services! I went for a reflexology appointment, and the massage therapist was excellent. She applied just the right amount of pressure, and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep during the session. “I have been to this spa before and have always had an amazing time, which is why my recent 90 minute duo massage experience was so incredibly disappointing. I can only assume I was paired with someone very new who is still learning, but unfortunately, it made for one of the worst massages I’ve had. I explicitly requested a focus on relaxation on my intake form, but the technique used was entirely static with zero flow. I also asked for extra attention on my feet due to some pain, but this was completely ignored. To make matters worse, the environment was highly uncomfortable. We were placed in a basement room that was freezing cold, and I was never offered a thicker blanket. My practitioner was also constantly sniffing throughout the session and I felt her nails (or hard skin on fingers?) scratch me multiple times. Instead of relaxing, I found myself just waiting for the appointment to end. As someone who pays out of pocket and has loved coming here in the past, I expected better. What really sealed the negative experience was bringing these issues up to the front desk staff at checkout—they seemed completely indifferent and didn't care at all. “My partner and I visited Espace for a 3-day trip to Montreal, which was our first time there. We were quite tired after a lot of biking. The place is really nice, and I loved it. The staff were very helpful and understanding when we needed to reschedule. The massage was good, and we even fell asleep in the middle of it! They also gave us a small sample of smoothie which was really tasty. The massage therapist was very kind and strong, lol. Thank you so much, Axelle Labissière and Chantal Lachapelle, for making our trip so enjoyable. It was a true pleasure to meet you both. “Sad to say I had such a HORRIBLE experience at this spa, mostly due to MANAGEMENT. I booked three treatments a week in advance, paid in full by credit card over the phone. Upon arriving to the city I realized I was unable to make it to the first appointment due to travel time. I called early that morning before my appointment to inform them I wouldn’t be making it in for first appointment but they can keep it as a credit for me. When I came in for my other two other appointments they said they had no history of the call but would look into it. I left after my treatments and they told me I would receive a call from management. I did receive a call the next day and the woman said they had no notes regarding my call and therefore I lose the service I paid for. The woman was not interested in hearing anything I had said.
