“I am bit surprised that they have not much experience of giving regular checkup to a 13 month year old baby. No ease-in at all, baby cries, Doctor surprised and we left, failing to have the exam finished.”

“Great experience -- finally, a clinic working like a well-oiled machine! Dr Choi listened to my concerns, put my mind at ease and walked me through possible options forward. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful with direct billing. Certainly recommending this place to my wife! Update 05/24/2026 - Saw Dr. Hertz this time with my teenage daughter. Dr. Hertz is amazing. She is very patient and politely puts your mind at ease by explaining the eye's anatomy, any anomalies and future considerations. “We’ve been seeing Dr. Jason Ding for many years, he’s been fantastic. He’s cared for both my kids and several members of our extended family, and we’ve always had a great experience. “I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Annie Huang. I came in after having another eye exam elsewhere where they weren’t able to identify what was actually causing the vision problem in my left eye. I was pretty discouraged going in. Dr. Huang, however, took the time to really investigate what was going on instead of just stopping at a surface level answer. She did detailed testing including corneal imaging, she identified the issue. What stood out most was that she didn’t just send me away with “that’s the best it can be.” She found the actual problem and gave me a real path forward. If you’re looking for an optometrist who is thorough, honest, and genuinely invested in figuring out what’s going on with your eyes, I highly recommend Dr. Annie Huang.”Read moreShow less
