“The clinic lacks communication, they don’t communicate properly what the further procedure would be, what would be covered under your insurance and ofcourse what you’re expected to pay out of pocket which is a general practice at any business you go. They want you to come back again and again but won’t care about your actual problem being solved or not and the management will just put you down if you try to communicate your issues with them defending that their staff was right. The most important thing for a business is transparency but Dr. Macpherson says this is how we work without notifying anything upfront to a patient so goodluck with your business Dr. Macpherson, won’t survive long with these practices, maybe that’s the reason you’re always looking for new patients cause no one wants to come back again. It would’ve been better if I’d have waited for a clinic with longer wait times instead of putting my trust at this place but I hope this helps for someone looking to get here in the future.”Read moreShow less

“I couldn't be happier with the service and care I have received from Dr. Paula MacPherson and her team at Southgate Dentistry. I have always felt that they genuinely care about my dental health and when I needed more extensive work done on a couple of teeth Dr. MacPherson patiently answered all of my questions, guided me in the right direction and made 100% sure that I was happy with the outcome. “I have been going to Southgate for a number of years and changing dentists I am more than glad I changed.! I find everyone very friendly and professional and Dr. Paula is a pleasure to deal with. She has made several suggestions for my dental care and these have really made a difference. My previous dentist was OK but I felt it was more about the money and less about my dental health - this is CERTAINLY not the case with Southgate. “Great higienist service, caring professionals, both doctors are very good. But I really feel overcharged, even though we got coverage with our insurance we often got to pay extra from our pocket. I got 3 fillings and they charged $900 to the insurance. I also received emails asking customers to use the insurance coverage before the end of the year. “I recently had my wisdom tooth removed at this dental clinic, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Dr. Archie Morrison is truly a professional in his field. He handled the entire procedure with incredible skill and care. To my surprise, there was no swelling, no significant pain — everything went exceptionally smoothly. What also impressed me was how thoroughly the whole process was explained to me in advance. I received a complete and professional description of the procedure, which helped me feel calm and confident going in. On top of that, the prices were very reasonable — pleasantly surprising for such high-quality service. I’m very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend this clinic, especially Dr. Morrison, to anyone needing dental work.I also forgot to mention that Dr. Morrison kindly gave me a follow-up call at 9 PM after the extraction to check on how I was feeling — even though it was outside of regular working hours. “Both me and my wife are patient of Dr. Scott, and soon my kids are going to be. No complain about her expertise. She is the best dentist I ever had. I had multiple cavities and multiple wisdom tooth to be extracted. All done within one and half year with perfection. Bill amounts were very reasonable and almost aligned with approved insurance claim. They don't have cashless option, you need to pay out of pocket, but they'll submit claim for you and I always got >95% back from insurance. Highly recommended if you are looking for smooth and painless dental procedures. Facility is neat and clean. All employees are very friendly and helpful.”Read moreShow less
