I highly recommend Yan (RMT) she is the best. I finally found the right RMT that can help with my body aches issues. Thanks Yan. Appreciate you alot. :) I would highly recommend EMILY as well!!! She is GREAT. I really do appreciate her for being kind and caring to her patients! 💝💝💝

Thanks Marco for the great experience! I tend to be very ticklish and squeamish when it comes to massages, but not once did I feel uncomfortable. Very calming and relaxing experience and my shoulders feel extremely light and mobile. Definitely will book with Marco again. Spectacular job 👍👍👍

Marco, you were fantastic! Very professional and thoroughly helped me to feel relaxed to the point I fell asleep twice! As a lifter and really anyone who needs a nice deep message, I would highly recommend! Easy 5/5

Had an RMT treatment with Vincent. He was very professional, however I asked several times that the treatment be focused on my lower legs, especially my ankles, and only ended up with 15% of the treatment on my lower legs, and about 20-30 seconds on each ankle. Would have appreciated to be heard more.

My name is Elina, as a registered massage therapist, I take great pride in providing professional, respectful, and attentive care to every client. I’m passionate about my work and continually strive to grow and improve in my field. The internet is not beyond accountability—everyone should take responsibility for their words and actions. I truly appreciate the trust and support from all my clients.

Southarm massage is one of the best massage therapist clinics i have been too… they communicate so well, their massages are amazing and relaxing. I have been to multiple clinics and this is far my favourite; my husband and I have been going here for the last 2 years and have many family and friends who also attend to this clinic.

I was glad to find a same-day opening after a 5-hour flight from Toronto and booked to address calf cramps and back tightness. Booking was easy, and my session with Elina was fine overall, though not particularly stellar. The main issue came afterward with direct billing. I have primary coverage with Sun Life and secondary with Canada Life(under my wife), which I’ve used here before without problems just last month. This time, Elina said she could only process the primary because the secondary “wasn’t in my account” and then refused to input it, saying she didn’t have time since her next client had arrived. I ended up having to pay and submit for reimbursement myself. I would understand if processing the primary coverage took time but it took her literally less than 60 seconds to look me up and process. I had waited for her to come back to the lobby after my session longer than it took her to process this. While I think the therapists work hard, the clinic’s time management and professionalism really need improvement. I would’ve preferred they just didn’t show openings if there wasn’t enough time to handle clients properly. I would've even preferred her to cut my session short by saying something along the lines of: "being short on time we'll continue the other area of concern in a follow up visit", and having the time to address my concerns fully instead of a wham bam thank you ma'am type of massage service. Edit Oct 26: Thank you very much for your response. Correct that I booked under a different account (my mistake) but the delay Elina had in correcting my booking was a quick 5-10 second looking up my name in system. She didn't even need my primary insurance because it was already in system. My account even reflect this most recent appointment which I suspect is from the swap Elina made to correct my booking. Seems concerning that valid feedback from a long time client (since your opening in 2020) is being deflected by pushing the responsibility to the client. Couple things: 1. Your team should be able to smoothly transact the insurance payment portion if direct billing is advertised. Also, its funny your solution to a smoother experience is to submit insurance info online when there is no option to input your insurance info. Your booking system is simply: Choose the service -> Choose the date & time. -> "Thanks for booking!" with a "book more" or "whoops don't book that" option. (see photo) 2. Look to better manage time for the session bookings you offer. Why are you referring to this as though ensuring full massage time paid for is in conflict with transacting payment properly? Likely since your therapists have tight bookings despite also acting as receptionists. Can you either space out your appts or hire a receptionist? 3. Clarifying that this was not a new secondary plan. This was used prior with Kelvin helping set this up on my account - please see photos with details. 4. Take accountability. Notice how in your response that despite your "difficult call" you had to make, there is lack of any apologetic messaging. Sorry to say that despite trying to give you benefit of the doubt from my wife who no longer visits you anymore, I also will no longer be coming by. You double charged her insurance and said she can either take store credit as a refund or take it up with the insurance provider herself.

It's a nice location and Yan Ma has been fantastic at helping with neck strain and tension issues. I highly recommend!

Ruby Jones · Google · 12 Aug 2025

Paolo is the best RMT I’ve ever been to. He really listen to what’s going on with my body and always find the spots that need attention. I leave every appointment feeling so much better, and the space is always calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!
