“I had five appointments with South Delta physiotherapy.... I did the exercises that I was given at home and I saw little to no results.... I decided to go on YouTube to see if there are any other alternatives because the ones that were given to me by my physiotherapist I was really struggling and he didn't really give me any other alternatives.... After doing the exercises that I've seen on YouTube about a week later my knee started feeling much better go figure.... I kind of wish that I didn't use all of my benefits at South Delta. Please don't waste your time and go elsewhere.”

“Highly recommend seeing Shannon if you have any type of vertigo. The doctors as the hospital told me that the crystals in my inner ear were dislodged. I was very ill for days prior visiting south delta physio. Shannon diagnosed me with Vestibular Neuritis, which has nothing to do with crystals of the inner ear. I was so thankful to figure out what it was I actually had. She then got me back on my feet walking and I am now fully cured after 3 weeks. Knowing what you have and how to treat the issue was critical for me. Thank you Shannon! I will recommend you to anyone that has issues with dizziness. Elliott Graham”
