“had an amazing experience with lucas doing the x body ems training. it was my first time using the machine and he was very patient and encouraging guiding me through everything while simultaneously wrecking my muscles all within 20 min. don’t think i’ve ever been so sore in my life (in a good way of course). couldn’t recommend him enough. other staff working there were also lovely and the whole environment felt really relaxing. would definitely come back.”Read moreShow less

“Lysa was absolutely amazing. I loved my full body treatment. Felt so good after and the post treatment room was the best way to top it off. Sauna and red light therapy was the cherry on top!! Made my experience feel so fulfilled. Will definitely be back!”

“I went to Sous La for the RRR Scalp + Brain massage and it was truly life changing. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, offered a drink and relaxed in the waiting area while waiting for my treatment. I was then taken up to a beautiful, bright and quiet treatment room, changed into my robe and started the service. It was 75 minutes of bliss, Alexandra walked me though every step and guided me through the process. I cannot recommend this treatment enough, and I cannot wait to try more. “Yesterday was my first time visiting Sous La and for my first treatment I decided on the Ultimate Body. The massage was 2 hours and focused on muscle release and lymphatic draining, and included a buccal massage and micro-current treatment at the end. It was probably the most blissful 2 hours I have had in a while!!! The instant relief I was able to feel was crazy. Not just physically but also emotionally. Catherine was the lovely practitioner who took care of me. She was incredible!!! Her energy was so warm and comforting, and even the tone of her voice was so calming to listen to during the session. She made me feel very safe and comfortable during the entire treatment. I’ll absolutely be returning to Sous La!!!
