“Unfortunately, my experience was very uncomfortable overall. I arrived only a couple of minutes late, but there was almost no communication or consultation before the massage. I was not asked about health concerns, sensitive areas, or my preferred pressure level. When I asked about pressure/intensity during the foot massage, the response was confusing and dismissive. I also would have appreciated more explanation about what was being done during the session, especially since I mentioned that I had only had foot massages a few times before. The communication throughout the appointment felt awkward and unclear. At the end of the massage, there was also a confusing moment involving a very brief head massage and a hot towel on my head without any real explanation, which made the experience feel even stranger. English is not my first language, and I understand that it may not have been hers either, but I still expected a more welcoming and professional atmosphere. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable, awkward, and honestly embarrassed for even asking questions. The massage itself was not relaxing or enjoyable for me, and overall I did not have a good experience. “Honestly the massages may be good but they are literally impossible to reach by phone. Over 7 times I called in one morning and no answering machine, clearly no receptionist and zero call backs in 4 hours of attempting to reach them. You can book online but you cant prepay. You can order an online gift card but not for a foot massage which is what we were ordering. Its insane to me that you would try to run a business without any customer service. Angels could descend from heaven and massage my feet and it wouldn't matter because it wasn't worth the hassle. Absolutely unreal never ever would I use their services again.”Read moreShow less
