“I've been seeing Sonia for years at this point and I have nothing but good to say about her services. She adapts treatment based on what your body needs. Sessions aren't always on the table either - I've had sessions where we work on squatting and deadlifting form for example. Basically, tell her what your feeling, chat about your goals, and sge works with you to help you get there. Just overall a skilled RMT who's always growing, learning, and adapting to you!”
