“I’ve been going to Dr. Sone since I was really little, and even though going to the dentist isn’t exactly my favourite thing to do on a weekend, Dr. Sone always makes it a good experience. When I was younger, getting a treat at the end was honestly the best part and something I always looked forward to. The staff are super friendly and make you feel comfortable every time. “We’ve been patients here for years and couldn’t be happier with the care we receive. Appointments are always on time with virtually no wait, which we truly appreciate. As a family of five, dental visits could easily turn into an all-day affair, but the team is incredibly accommodating—often arranging multiple hygienists so we can be seen together and finish in half the time. When referrals to specialists are needed, their recommendations have always been reliable and trustworthy. “As a prospective patient seeking a written second opinion (with existing X-rays already provided), the communication experience was disappointing. Despite asking several clear questions by email (CDCP billing details, expected out-of-pocket cost, whether additional X-rays would be required, and whether a conservative tooth-preserving approach was realistic), we did not receive clear written answers from the dentist. Instead, the conversation was redirected toward scheduling an in-person visit / phone call, without providing enough written clarity to justify a long commute and multiple appointments.
