“This is a beautiful, serene space that supports wellness in many aspects. Crystal is very skilled at relieving muscle aches and tension through massage. Her yoga classes are just as rejuvenating. I’ve also taken dance classes here, which were some of the most fun and exhilarating cardio workouts I’ve ever experienced. “I have been a belly dance student of Crystals for about 7 years. Expect to feel welcome and know that you are in a safe space. I have learned a lot about dance and myself throughout the years and I couldn’t have found a better teacher! There have been many performance opportunities and lasting friendships made! “I have been going to RMTs for years, but Crystal is one of the best! She has only been doing massage therapy for a short time, but has many years experience as a yoga practitioner and her recent training just allows for many health benefit programs to direct bill. She listens to what your concerns are and she develops a plan to help start to road to recovery.
