“Had a spa day with my daughter and the massage was excellent. The two other services were mediocre. The lady who did my pedicure kept gazing out the window instead of being present during the session. It felt like she was stuck there instead of being happy to do the session. The receptionist was watching her phone and whne it came time to check out she struggled to find paperwork for benefit submittal and again appeared to be put out by having to ring someone through. This was the same when I observed her with other clients while receiving my pedicure. I would not return and my daughter felt the same.”Read moreShow less

“I had a mixed experience at this Hammam & Spa. The ambiance was calm, clean, and relaxing, and overall the space feels very peaceful. My facial and full body massage were absolutely amazing. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made the experience deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. Those services were truly the highlight of my visit and exceeded my expectations. However, my experience with the pedicure was disappointing. The technician was not accommodating of my request, and instead of addressing my concern, she advised me to consider surgery. I found this comment inappropriate and unprofessional in a spa setting, as I was expecting service-focused care rather than medical advice. Overall, while the facial and massage services were excellent, I hope the spa can improve communication and professionalism during pedicure services to ensure all guests feel comfortable and respected.”Read moreShow less

“I had a wonderful facial treatment with Takako, my esthetician. She was increadibly professional and made me feel completely relaxed throughout. It was really interesting to see how much dead skin was removed during microdermabrasion. My skin felt smooth, and refreshed , and I noticed an improvement in My skin tone right away.
