“I just started seeing Emma for osteopathy and I LOVE HER! She’s very knowledgeable and kind. So far I’ve had two 1-hour treatments. She assessed my whole body and provides custom treatments with different modalities such as gentle stretching, lymphatic drainage/ massage, etc. She is a bottomless well of resources and has recommended books, videos, breathing exercises and more, based on what I ask about. I normally don’t like people to touch me, but with her I feel relaxed and comfortable. I didn’t know what to expect from osteopathic treatment, but Emma has surpassed my hopes in every way. 10/10 recommend.
