About the clinic
Over the past 10 years, it has been a true privilege to grow my practice within the Golden community. Through this time, I’ve deepened my understanding of how to best support those who seek my care, while also refining an approach that reflects the care, presence, and integrity I value in this work.
As my practice continues to evolve, I am committed to offering care that is both sustainable and deeply supportive. In honour of this—both for you and for the longevity of my practice—I will be refining my session offerings.
Beginning June 1, 2026, all appointments will be 75 minutes in length. This allows us the time to connect around your needs and intentions, enjoy a full 60+ minutes of hands-on therapy, and have space at the end for integration, reflection, or closing discussion .
As of June 1, 2026 the new rate for a 75 minute appointment will be $160.
