“This company is by far the best. Ive been doing therapy for over 10 years now inconsistently mainly due to not finding the right fit. I suffer with ADHD and finding the right therapist was a struggle and was a daunting task that made me put off booking at all until I found Solutions First. Kiara is so compassionate and listened to what I was looking for and what my situation was and she matched me with the perfect person. Even when my needs changed, she helped me find the right person to talk to. They send reminders to my phone as well as personally check in with me over time if its been a minute. It feels more personal vs the generic "you havent booked in awhile, want to come back". They also worked well within my budget and that was extremely helpful. She has helped me tremendously - she is great at providing insight into my life and how to navigate my emotions and feelings.
