“Therapist was 6 minutes late with no acknowledgment. I did not raise my voice, I announced the current time calmly. No response. I asked, "Do you believe you should be late?" No apology. He gave a lengthy evasive response. Like the previous client ran over time and "nobody's fault". I guess the previous client is a higher VIP and I am just low priority. My time is just worthless to them. I don't have this entire day relaxing and I travel from Ottawa, I have to get back to work. I pay $30 tip every time. I don't know how can I make myself worthy. I never go overtime. If you argue otherwise please provide evidence. The very first time he counted towards treatment time and asked many redundant questions including if I have had massages in Canada; Do I know how things in Canada work; Don't complain; etc. I was judged to be a foreigner before I even said anything. I am sharing this review to ensure all clients are treated equally according to Human Rights Code. Therapist argued with me today for 10 minutes. Not his fault being late. He will always be late. 6 minutes isn't late. I should apologize to him for calling it late.”

“I’ve had 3 massages from 3 different therapists and all have been very good. Clean professional facility with lots of availability. I don’t agree with the tipping prompts for RMT massages though - it’s an uncomfortable way to end what should otherwise be a relaxing experience.”

“This is our first visit, we called for an appointment this morning and I was pleased to be given an appointment the same day. My husband has a back injury and several knee surgeries. He saw Sara S. and he couldn't be happier with her professionalism and knowledge. Everyone was so pleasant, it's a peaceful setting and we are English and that's not an issue. This is a wonderful place and now my husband has found a place to help him. Thank you”

“I work in construction so I regularly have aches and pains in my body, especially my back... I have been to a few massage therapists in the Ottawa/Gatineau area and usually feel good for a few days or so then it's back to the usual pain. I received a massage at Solution Massage last week and I can say it's had superb results. I told Emily what issues I was having and she dealt with everything without any problems. The customer service is impeccable and the therapy itself, superb. The entire place was spotless and warm. I will absolutely be returning.”
