“As a nurse myself, I have to admit I was quite anxious about having my first iron infusion. Knowing the potential side effects made me even more nervous, but Nurse Judy immediately put me at ease. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel calm and reassured throughout the entire process. She is also incredibly skilled with IV insertions—I barely felt the needle, and the cannulation was smooth and painless. She checked on me regularly to make sure I was comfortable and, to my surprise, even followed up with me afterward to see how I was doing. That level of compassion and dedication to patient care is truly exceptional. The front desk staff and the pharmacy team were also warm, welcoming, and professional. “I am so glad I found Solis Medical Clinic. I have had difficulty booking iron infusions in Fort McMurray. The Solis Medical Clinic has been able to quickly accommodate me when traveling down to the city. Dr. Bobart and her staff are warm, attentive and professional. “I went in for my first iron IV and the nurse and staff were so polite. The environment is calm and they check up on you continuously while the iv is on. They also call to check up on you following the treatment which is so thoughtful! 10/10 recommend”

“I had my first iron infusion here after the clinic was recommended by a friend who is a hematologist. Judy was wonderful! She clearly explained everything to me, was patient and kind, made sure I was comfortable, and called the next day to follow up. The ladies at the front and Vic at the pharmacy were great as well. “I had my first appointment with Dr. Bobart a couple of days ago. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment with her but the wait was worth it. She was thorough in her assessment of my condition and prescribed follow-up treatment. “I’m 30 weeks pregnant and went for my first iron IV infusion session a few days ago. The infusion took around 30–40 minutes, and then they kept me under observation for another 10 minutes. The staff was really kind and caring. They explained the whole procedure and the possible side effects. Thankfully, I didn’t experience any side effects. They monitored my BP around three times during the infusion and even checked my baby’s heartbeat before and after to make sure the baby was doing okay. I loved the care and the chatting session I had with my nurse (I don’t know her name yet, but she’s a lovely, cheerful lady). Looking forward to my next session.”Read moreShow less

“Dr. Bobart has made such a difference in quality of life for my partner. She is able to manage his pain through trigger points and without him having to take medication. The clinic is clean and organized, and the staff are friendly and professional. She does a great job at staying on schedule, so there is almost never a wait for an appointment.
