She not only provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience but also educated me about the various pressure points on my feet and how they connect to different parts of my body. “Update: Jan 2024 - I still love all of my treatments! I recently tried the 90 minute treatment for head/face, hands and feet and it was amazing!! I also love the magnesium lotion she sells! Becky of Sole Reflexology is amazing! I’ve been seeing her for a few years now, and my treatments always leave me feeling so much better. I feel taken care of and relaxed. “Becky is the absolute best at Reflexology! She is professional, knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and has a great sense of humour that make the sessions a perfect break from the busy schedules of everyday life! If I could do a session with her every week I would. The atmosphere in the room is so relaxing and beautifully decorated! She has a cozy blanket for you to cuddle up with and the best neck pillow to keep you perfectly relaxed and supported! After your session you feel like you’re floating on clouds. My feet have never felt so good! If you have been thinking about trying Reflexology I would absolutely recommend you see Becky. You won’t be disappointed.
