“I've tried numerous times to contact Sachi after visiting her a couple times a year ago for physiotherapy treatment, with no response to my last two messages. The very last time was a request for the notes in my file as they may be helpful to my future physiotherapist. I now have to pay someone else for another physio assessment as she claims she is not able to offer me treatment any longer because she does not know what to offer me. I am puzzled because I still have the same issues I had when I first saw her, she did not completely get rid of them in 3 sessions. Update: Sachi sent me an email tonight (Jan 20th) saying I could have the notes sent if I sent her $30 as an admin fee. I do not think this is fair given that there were not many notes on my file. I have never been asked for a fee this large to send so few notes by a professional service, even from my doctor.”
