“Dealing with solasta has been one of the most unprofessional experiences in my life, tried to speak with the clinical director to give them constructive feedback and she wanted nothing to do with me. They put profit before the people, because at the end of the day when drugs and alcohol are cheaper and more accessible than counselling you can understand why someone would chose substances over counselling. The majority of severely mentally ill people cannot afford 220 dollars a session, the people who need counselling the most have been priced out. And when I point these things out to the clinic suddenly they aren't taking clients anymore, refuse to take my calls, and want nothing to do with me. I am huge advocate for the homeless and severely mentally ill, you would think someone in the mental health field would be on my side and open to feedback on how they can better help and serve that community, but unfortunately solasta counselling doesn't care and wants nothing to do with that. I would highly recommend going somewhere else for counselling, they aren't very caring or sympathetic at this clinic.”Read moreShow less
