“I had a great experience with this office. I called with a cracked tooth, and they were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The dentist who performed my root canal was clearly very experienced, and another dentist completed the finishing work. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I needed a root canal with a post, as well as repair to another cracked tooth, and I felt the treatment was thorough and well done. I was also pleasantly surprised by the cost, which I thought was very reasonable for the amount of work completed. Overall, I was impressed with the quality of care, the prompt service, and the kindness of the entire team. “Amazing staff. If you are anxious about going to the dentist Solar Dental is the dentist for you. Made it clear they have no judgment and made the overall experience quite comfortable. “Very disappointed with my experience. I had been dealing with a toothache for two weeks and specifically called ahead to explain my situation. I was driving a significant distance and asked the receptionist to ensure enough time was set aside to actually treat the issue, not just assess it. I was explicitly told that would be accommodated. Unfortunately, that did not happen. After driving two hours, I was seen only for a brief diagnosis and left without treatment—meaning I now have to start over elsewhere while still in pain. That level of planning and communication is not acceptable, especially when a patient has clearly explained urgency and travel constraints. I also want to address the office’s public response to my review. At no point did I raise my voice, use abusive language, or degrade anyone. There were no other patients present, and I simply requested a refund for a service that did not meet what was discussed when booking. It is concerning that instead of acknowledging a breakdown in communication, the office chose to publicly accuse a patient of misconduct and discuss my situation in a way that feels inappropriate and unprofessional.
