We’re excited to be part of your health journey. Our team of collaborative practitioners are here to provide you and your family with personalized, evidence-informed care. We offer both in-person and virtual services, including: Naturopathic Medicine, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Chiropractic Care, IV Vitamin Therapy, and more.

“I absolutely love coming to this studio! All of the instructors are incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and I always leave class feeling great. There’s such a good variety of classes, which makes it perfect for anyone looking to try different styles and find what works best for them. The staff are all so friendly and create such a comfortable environment. One thing I really appreciate is that the classes feel more intimate and personal, rather than overly packed like some studios downtown. “just finished my first class at Sol Wellness, and if you're looking for a sign to book a mat Pilates session with Hailey, this is it. I heard she’s a new addition to the team, but honestly, she’s such a natural that you’d swear she’s been teaching for a decade. She brings a level of confidence and professionalism that makes you feel like you're in great hands from the second you walk in. The class itself is no joke: it’s hard, sweaty, and will definitely push you but the energy Hailey brings is infectious. There was so much laughter and good vibes in the room that I actually found myself enjoying the "burn." It’s rare to find a workout that is this intense but also genuinely fun and lighthearted. II highly recommend snagging a spot in her class if you can. My only real suggestion for Sol Wellness is to get her on the schedule more often!
