“Although my appointment was next day, they told me to pay CAD100. They could easily postpone to another time.This is a general policy but this, ‘we already have a lot of clients’ arrogance is not being helpful at all. The kindness and smiling faces dont last long; once you have a good treatment plan, and tied to the clinic you are the one who has to make people satisfied. “I would normally say it's a five star clinic. Two days ago, I received an email friom Soho Dental, asking me to change the hour of my next day appointment at the request of a hygienist who wanted more time to work on me. I accepted this change but when I arrived at the clinic for my appointment, I found the hygienist who requested the change was not available to me as she was busy elsewhere. “From the moment I walked into the clinic, I knew I was in good hands. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and efficient — friendly smiles, quick check-in, and clear communication about wait time (which was around 5-10 mins). They made the administrative side completely stress-free. The dental hygienist Julen and Lisa Marie who did my cleaning (on 2 different dates) were exceptional. They were thorough, explained every step as they worked, and took great care to make sure I was comfortable throughout. The dentist Dr. Feisel Haji was equally impressive — professional, kind, and genuinely invested in my dental health. He took the time to go over the X-rays and answered all my questions. It felt like they truly cared, not just about treating issues, but helping me avoid them. “I've seen a lot of dentists in my life. Anastasia is friendly, personable, knowledgeable, able to explain things clearly, and the most hands-on dentist I have ever visited. The humor and comforting personality that she is able to maintain in a tense situation while working on my teeth was a great experience. I thought it was a one-off, thinking maybe she was having a good day; however, consistently now on my multiple visits, she has lived up to that standard. “Mostly good experiences at Soho Dental. Like most places now, you will be cleaned by a hygienist and get a quick check from a dentist at the end of the appointment. I appreciate the dentists knowledge and professionalism, especially in the first exam where they measured all the gums. I've especially had great service from Dr Anatasia who took great care to followup on my concerns.
