“Fantastic RMT, Christina asks if there are any areas of concern and gets to work. Pleasure to deal with and she direct bills your insurance company.”mentions Christina Sharma →

“Shona was wonderful! She was recommended to me by another RMT I’ve know for years and trust and she was really great to work with. I saw her for prenatal massages. She was extremely flexible and responsive, listened and gave wonderful massages. I always left feeling heaps better which is a big feat 9 months pregnant! I am so grateful I was able to connect with her towards the end of my pregnancy and would happily recommend her to anyone looking for a great RMT.”Read moreShow less

“Christina Snow is fantastic. She has helped me with my shoulder and neck. I was in pain for most of the last five years, and medications did not solve the issue. I really did not want to rely on medication for the rest of my life. My injuries are from a car accident around 12 years ago, and I thought the damage was permanent. I assumed this was just my new normal. After six sessions, I feel like I am getting close to normal. She has explained the stretches and exercises I need to do to keep improving.”Read moreShow less

“Christina is an amazing massage therapist. She is an excellent communicator and is patient-focused. Not only will she provide at home stretches for post-sessions, she's attentive, compassionate, and professional throughout the session. My favorite feature of the space is the heating pad she provides as an option, which makes the massages even more relaxing.”Read moreShow less

“I booked on a Wednesday and was able to get an appointment on the Saturday. Booking was easy and there was good availability! Getting there is super convenient on the Canada Line- use the Waterfront Granville Street Exit. Her studio is CLEAN and cozy with no windows, but honestly I think that's a plus. Places with windows tend to be able to hear the streets below, and they can't control the brightness as well. She has pretty cool lights that dim and overall the room is comfortable. NOW CHRISTINA HERSELF is super cool and knowledgable. She ACTUALLY READS YOUR INTAKE FORM (I feel like some RMTs around don't and just rely on your initial conversation) We still had a chat about posture AND sleep posture and even throughout the session she gave me some tips and pointers for improving office posture at work. The massage itself was AMAZING her table heats up (she'll ask you how warm you want it!!) and she just knows??? like exactly where it hurts and how much pressure? I did not feel the need to ask for more or less pressure at any point. It was perfect. I came to Christina because my posture was garbage and I was definitely feeling it in my back and shoulders- and she addressed all that and MORE. I didn't even know my forearms needed attention until she gave them some. It took a little deeper online searching to find Christina, but I am so glad I found her. If you're reading this you should stop searching and book with her, because I don't think you'll find better anywhere.”Read moreShow less
