“This place is so nice! It looks small from outside but they have everything in there. Its nice and clean, equient is well maintained, nice change rooms and showers (including towel service). Was in sylvan for the week camping and it was super easy to use my snap membership at this location. The front desk staff (Kelsey) was very kind and welcoming. “Having just moved to Sylvan from the UK and looking for our first gym, options are limited. We arrived at 11.40 to take a look at Snap with a view to join but sadly, the reviews about lacking staff seem to be true. Doors locked even though the hours should be staffed and people were inside. “A glorious gym. Friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a gym. The lady at the reception (Kelsey I believe) was so so helpful and super enthusiastic to guide me — Give that girl a promotion. Very cozy gym, spacious enough to hold all the equipment, cardio machines, and free weight you need. “My fiancée brought me over from Goodlife fitness to this amazing gym. There is everything you need whether it’s cardio, hypertrophy, powerlifting or personal training. The gym is never overcrowded and the members respect your space. All the equipment is new, clean and the atmosphere is amazing. “As many have stated this gym needs to make some huge changes otherwise their gym will end up closing. I’m just waiting for the new gym to open. Big issue is their manager. “This is a great gym, Good selection of machines, weights, and extras. The staff are friendly and helpful, they also do a great job in keeping the place clean. I've used one of their personal trainers and it was an enjoyable experience and was a great help in getting me back in the gym while creating a well structured workout routine. They have a couple massage therapists on staff, admittedly haven't tried them yet, but have bumped into them and they seem like wicked nice people and will eventually try this service. I'd say monthly membership is priced well as well as any of the training services offered. A big perk is that the people who use this gym are pretty friendly as well which helps make this a good environment no matter what your level is. There are times that are busier than others and it may be a little harder to get or do what you want, but even peak times it's not bad and the 24/7 access is nice for those of us that have weird hours. Without any weird contract terms or lengths if you are on the fence about joining I would say definitely give this place a go.”Read moreShow less

“I have been a member of this gym for a few years and it's a smaller gym but has everything you need. The receptionist and massage therapy side have all been nice and very good to deal with. The gym is normally kept tidy and clean. Overall, I've been very happy with this side of the gym. However, personal trainers have a tendency to use multiple pieces of equipment at the same time. So, in this smaller gym, they will take up the most common machines and use them all at once. Which leaves you switching your workout half way through or having to wait, which can be 20 minutes some times.”Read moreShow less
