Officially commit to this location after the staff were really informative, also assisted me with my elgible Canadian Dental Plan Care Plan Application. “I had a toothe infection and it was my first time there as it was an emergency. I was told they could have pulled the tooth out that day.... but I decided to take antibiotics first and do it after. They took their time seeing how much coverage I had to do fillings which I thought was funny. I was in alot of pain and the thought that id sit through fillings should have been an obvious no. I went back and suddenly they didnt have to pull my tooth. So the lady almost pulled out a healthy tooth if I would have gone through with it. And when I went for a cleaning the Asian guy scrapped like two teeth and asked immediately for someine to bring a camera to take pictures and they charged my insurance for a half hour cleaning and I spent alot of time waiting.... not sure why I had two dentists one Asian guy who kinda cleanined and an Indian guy who i liked. I was there for about 2 hrs playing games on my phone doing alot of waiting. And I feel they weren't charging my insurance correctly. They made another appointment and I wont go back, I canceled. I have trust issues with alot of places and they did end up giving me a free cleaning which i appreciated them doing what they can to make it right but one of the front desk girls was very nice and helpful and the Indian one i think she wasnt trained very well or had a lack of customer service skills. Theres alot of insurance fraud and if they make you take x rays every year thats something you only need to do once in a while not every year. Your putting yourself at risk by being exposed. Make smart decisions listen to your gut”
