“I had a very positive experience at the dental office. Baran is extremely respectful, professional, and kind. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed. She speaks politely, listens carefully, and treats patients with genuine care and patience. Her friendly attitude and respectful behavior make every visit much amazing . Dr. Yekta is highly professional and very skilled in his work. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure patients feel comfortable and confident during treatment. His attention to detail, calm manner, and expertise show how dedicated he is to providing the best care possible. Overall, this dental office provides outstanding service, and I truly appreciate the care and professionalism of Baran, Dr. Yekta . “I had a very disappointing experience with Smile Vancouver, and this has happened more than once. The front desk experience, especially with Baran, felt very unprofessional. She came across as rude and disrespectful, and every interaction felt uncomfortable. What made it worse, the information and rules kept changing depending on her mood, which created confusion and frustration. This was not the first time I faced this issue. It has happened several times, and I even introduced some of my friends to this clinic — they shared similar experiences. Regarding the payment, your response does not match what we had agreed on in my case. If there has been a change in your policy, you should inform patients in advance, not after the service. Clear communication matters, especially when it involves cost. Also, being told in an inappropriate tone that “you can go somewhere else next time” felt very disrespectful and unacceptable in a professional setting. You expect a dental clinic to feel organized, respectful, and welcoming. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience here. I hope management takes this seriously and improves how patients are treated, especially at the front desk.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve had a truly wonderful experience at Smile Dental Vancouver. The clinic is always clean, organized, and runs very punctually. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with respect, care, and genuine kindness. Dr. Yekta is incredibly professional, precise, and gentle. Every procedure has been done with great attention to detail and care. He is amazing, so calm, patient, and compassionate, and always works with such cleanliness and precision. Sepideh has been a fantastic support, always kind, patient, and very attentive. Baran at reception and Sara are consistently welcoming, supportive, and helpful, making sure everything runs smoothly. I also had my first hygiene appointment with Shirin, and she was extremely professional, patient, and supportive. Nazanin, Dr. Yekta’s assistant, in north van branch has been wonderful as well, caring and attentive throughout the treatments. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this clinic and the entire team.
