All four of our children have been coming to this dental office since they were newborns, and we’ve been patients here for over eight years. The entire team is always kind and welcoming, making our kids feel comfortable during every visit. We also appreciate that they only recommend and provide the treatment that is truly necessary, which gives us complete confidence in their care. We’ll continue bringing our children here to keep their smiles healthy, and we highly recommend this clinic to any parents looking for an excellent pediatric dentist.

I am so grateful to Little Smiles and especially Dr. Lee for her incredible warmth, kindness, empathy and skill. My children are 3 and 5, with very big feelings and they always are comfortable and excited to be at the dentist. My daughter had to get cavities fixed under partial sedation, I was extremely nervous but it went so quickly, painlessly and done perfectly. I would recommend anyone, especially those looking for a supportive and welcoming environment, to try Little Smiles dental. We know we’re in good hands there!!! Also, a big thanks to Tiffany and Nicole for being so great with my kids.

Dr. Pauline Lee and hygienist, Lindsay were amazing with my child who usually feels quite anxious. Both were warm, friendly, caring and informative. . What really stood out to me as a parent was their approach. Instead of focusing on what we might be doing “wrong” or making us feel judged, they kept everything positive, supportive, and encouraging. They took the time to explain things in a way that was easy for my child to understand, and focused on what we could do going forward to keep improving their dental health. They also offered to contact our orthodontist to follow up with their findings which was helpful. It felt like a team approach rather than a lecture, which made a big difference. My child left feeling confident and not at all anxious about future visits, which says a lot. We really appreciated the kindness, patience, and positive attitude—highly recommend, especially for anxious kids.

Dr. Ban has been my children’s dentist since they were 6 months old — almost 16 years now. He has been an exceptional doctor throughout, always thorough in his examinations, skilled in treatment, and thoughtful in his recommendations. Over the years, he has also attended to our kids during a few dental emergencies with great care and professionalism. We feel very fortunate to have him as their dentist and highly recommend him to any family looking for dependable, long-term dental care for their children.

One of my kids is neurodiverse. When they were little we didnt know waht we were going to do. It seemed it would be impossible for her to get dental work. Dr. Ban was amazing,, He let them come in and say hello many times before we sat in the chair, The first day in the chair he just said hi, the 2nd time, he showed here the tv she would get to look at during treatment, every time she sat in the chair a bit longer and he would show her more stuff , finally the day came . She was happy to open her mouth and let dr ban touch her tooth with an instrument , which he did for barely a few seconds,, and then he added a bit here and a bit there. That was about 12 years ago. Eventually ( and fairly quickly id say) she had a full check up, and then another and then basic cleanings, she loved it. The dreaded day came when she needed one major work done. But it was incredible, we put her semi under and all she remembers is going in and coming out. All good. Flash forward to this year, she is 19. She regularly sees a traditional adult dentist now but she needed a filling, we went back to see Dr. Ban. I could NOT believe it. Didnt even need lorazepam on our way there, she marched right in and couldn’t have cared less if I was there or not. She got some gas and it went of without a hitch, If your child has any degree of fear of needles, sensory issues etc.. Dr. Ban is your life saver. He will get the job done. I didnt mention the cute waiting area or rooms because lots of kids dentists have that but it goes without saying that his office is great, He also is a lego fan and has lots of the bigger cool Legos built and on display, Thanks Dr. Ban and staff for making dentistry accessible to our population

I had an outstanding experience at Little Smile Clinic! From the moment my 4- and 5-year-old kids walked in, the staff made them feel welcome and comfortable. The clinic is modern, clean, and well-equipped, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Sarai and Dr. Ban were incredibly professional, taking the time to explain every step of my kids’ treatment plans in detail. They were thorough, patient, and genuinely cared about my kids’ comfort and oral health. I also want to mention the dental assistants, who were fantastic. They were warm, attentive, and made sure my kids felt at ease throughout their visit. I really appreciated their support in making the experience smoother for both me and my children. I highly recommend Little Smile Clinic to any parent looking for top-notch dental care for their children!

We've been going to Little Smiles for about 7 years, initially because we heard they were great with kids with disabilities—our youngest has trisomy 21. The office is always clean, welcoming, and fun, making it a place where kids feel comfortable and safe. Dr. Ban is caring, careful, and honest in his opinions, and the entire team is incredibly kind and attentive. We’ve consistently received excellent care over the years and couldn’t recommend Little Smiles more highly—it’s a well-organized, fantastic place that truly understands our kids needs.

My experience at Little Smiles couldn't be better. Ms. Michelle Li and all the team, including front desk, were kind and lovely. The environment is cozy and welcoming. It was my son's first experience at the dentist and he got the best treatment he could have. They are extremely professionals and caring, it was much better than what I expected. I highly recommend this place!
