“Dr. Omar and staff are amazing. My daughter and my son have fun. They looks forward to her appts. Dr Omar makes it fun for the kids. Staff is always friendly. Would recommend Small Smiles to anyone.”

“ever since the southside location shut down , we have had nothing but nightmares with this place! policy changes and not sending out notice of policy changes - then being condescending when you’re confused as to why it doesn’t work the same way it did for your previous child. i’ve had a dentist call in sick and while i was ON MY WAY for our 8 am appointment was called to reschedule. rescheduled and the SAME thing happened . While Dr Omar did a great job and my child’s dental surgery , the front desk staff are all awful & rude & they do not know how to work the insurance process . my child’s cap fell off today and there was no sense of urgency to get her in for it to be fixed as their schedule was already busy .. i asked how this couldn’t be a rush appointment & she reluctantly booked me for 8 am but was clearly burdened . Do not go here if you want to deal with a nightmare. Will not be returning . they have lost 2 patients for sure.”Read moreShow less

“My dentist is obviously trying to make this office money I love all the way across the city and they book me here at 8 am for my 4 year old. Real nice. I'm not paying 70$ in cabs to go all the way across the city when there is kids dentist right by me. Super upsetting”Read moreShow less

“This clinic is a big piece of scam.they owe me a refund. My daughters used to go to their southside clinic which they said that they sold to another dental clinic /service, it has been 3 years of asking and fighting for the refund and still nothing. They kept saying the other clinic has my money but when I called and talked to the manager of the clinic, she said it was just the space that they acquired and not the clients and their info since it is an adult dental service not a pediatric. By the way this clinic also loves to put caps on baby teeth and give nitrous to whatever chance they can get.”Read moreShow less

“I’ve been trying since October to book my daughter in to see a specialist as she needs a spacer put in. They have cancelled on me 3 times now. I have a little girl that’s extremely uncomfortable and I can no longer make her wait any longer. “Small Smiles has cared for all 3 of my children's dental needs. We were referred to Dr.Omar and Dr.Watson. Dr. Watson successfully removed a tooth for my son with laughing gas and helped walk through my girls check up. Dr.Omar successfully completed the wiggles and caps of all my children through day surgery. Layla made accommodations for last minute surgery for a very sore tooth for my son. All in all prices are high but the care of the whole team through such a high stress environment to care for such young people with many fears exceeds expectation. Take care and enjoy. Perfect environment for children as they are fun, kind, and the office itself is decorated with LEGO pieces! My children don’t feel scared going for a dental visit at all!
