“I told this lady that I have to catch a flight, and have things to attend to, so I requested she send me a quote after the inspection. She gave me major attitude and said she cant help me. Small town, with a huge ego, and expected me to wait till she writes everything on paper to give to me. She stated sending an email would take more time than I deserve. Wouldn't recommend unless you want mediocre procedures, that are admittedly decently priced, but you have to be very submissive.”

“My laser hair removal journey began shortly after having a consultation with the lovely Linsey concerning my wants and needs with the service. She was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions and offer options regarding the financing if required which was superb. We even had time to speak about my questions regarding my skin care routine and goals for the future, where Linsey provided me with a sample Alumier facial cleanser that I am now in love with and had to purchase the full size product! I then saw Nell for my very first session of underarm and Brazilian laser hair removal where she made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the treatment. Nell is such a wonderful medical aesthetician and is so good at what she does! The time flew by with little to no discomfort as she is pretty good at keeping you distracted with her professionalism and friendly conversation! I’m so excited to continue this journey and can’t wait to get to the final results after completing the 7 treatment package that Skin Focus offered this month. I will be recommending Nell and Linsey to all of my friends!”

“Nell is absolutely awesome and the facility is very nice. Spotless and well kept/sterile. I was nervous because I had never done laser tattoo removal before and I heard it was painful. She talked me through all the steps and although I can't say it was fun, I can tell she's a professional and know what she's doing. The pain was actually very tolerable with the numbing they provide. It wasn't too bad at all. Looking forward to seeing the results over the coming year.”
