I had an amazing massage today, and it was one of the best experiences I've had. I felt completely comfortable and relaxed throughout the session. Simone Kler was professional, kind, and made sure I was at ease from start to finish. Her technique was excellent, and I left feeling refreshed and much better. I highly recommend Simone Kler to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing massage. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!😊

This place is a hidden gem! I’ve been there several times for facials and massage and can’t wait to go back. There’s an excellent selection of clean reputable skin care products which they are happy to review with you.

Update: I’m so glad they offered to have me back because that was one of the best massages I’ve had. I’m 4 months pregnant and have been feeling uncomfortable - Simone made me so comfortable, was so gentle, and I left feeling so much better. I’ll definitely be returning 😊 (Original review) I initially didn’t have the best experience my first time at Skin Concepts. I left a review that reflected that for feedback. The owner promptly reached out to me with questions and apologized that my experience was anything but great. They asked if I was willing to give it another shot and booked me for a massage. I was already impressed with their customer service and how much they cared.

Well spent 320$ for what felt like a fancy lotion application appointment. No pressure was applied even after requesting for firm pressure. The other unfortunate part was, I thought I was getting the massage done by a RMT, but turned out it was a regular massage and now I can't claim it under benefits. The checkin process could have caught this issues, but we were just walked into the room without any consultation.

I just went there for the first time for a facial. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff friendly. Sabrina was awesome, willing to answer any questions. It was a wonderful experience! Highly recommend!

I booked one of their special facials that were on promotion a few months back. Since then, I’ve reflected on my experience. I haven’t been to a spa or gotten a facial in a long time but I do know what I like and dislike. 1. Front desk - the receptionist wasn’t very chatty or accommodating. I was trying one of their products and the receptionist just told me she can’t return the products if I don’t like it when I asked or got the wrong color but there was no effort in helping me or going above and beyond. 2. Esthetician - the esthetician was friendly was smiling the whole time. She didn’t tell me what to remove during putting the robe on or what I can expect during the facial, but she did walk me to the room asked me if I liked tea, but then rushed me to go get products rather than taking my time. 3. Facial - The service felt rushed and there was no real pressure applied. I felt the products used were nice, but the aesthetician told me that she was overbooked and did the same facial all day. I do believe that they should alternate the estheticians for the same service otherwise repeating it can be difficult as it’s over working them. I liked eminence products as they smelled so unique and wonderful and I did notice my skin looked brighter and my pores were less visible due to the stone crop product. I don’t think overall it was worthy of coming back as I do expect a little more from my experience in a facial. 4. Parking + Amenities Lots of parking and amenities as it’s in a plaza 5. Lastly, I was talking a lot with my esthetician through the facial and the receptionist said to my esthetician “wow you talked the whole time that’s a lot of talking” and I heard her. I just thought this was weird. I wasn’t told or asked to relax or talk but I was wanting to know about the products being used in the facial and this just lead into more conversation. It was hard to relax as I mentioned the facial wasn’t a relaxing facial. I thought it was pretty odd thing to say out loud while I was still there. 6. Overall, I give it three stars. Would I come back? I don’t know if I would. I think they need to work on how to welcome guests and have some etiquettes and standards because I didn’t get the experience I’d hoped for. If you want your time and money to be going to a well worth spa, a day off from your busy life to escape and get a nice relaxation environment I don’t think this is it. There are others out there that are better. I do want to thank my esthetician however for my experience.

I really wanted to give this place another try . $180 for a mani and pedi . The cuticle work was horrible , the shape of the nails are all different. This place is just not for me .

Went in for a Pedicure after debating about it for months. Couldn’t have picked a better Place than Skin Concept and Jasmine to help me. She was awesome with service making me comfortable and making my feet better. I recommend her to everyone out there. It’s very reasonable price too. Way to go.

Came for my first ever massage, and I was greeted right away, quickly set up with my first time visit questionnaire in a separate room and then straight over to get changed. After I was escorted to the massage room I was told the instructions and immediately in a zen state with a soft lighting and calm music. The massage therapist was nothing but great. I was also super impressed with how nice the place was, I was sceptical because it was close to home and just on Scott road, but they definitely make you feel like you’re somewhere fancy. Thanks skin concepts! I’ll be back and I’ll be recommending you!
