“Kai Jing was very patient and positive when I had my chronic ankle injury. Her effective manual massage technique gave me confidence in the rehab and combined with the progressive exercise instructed, I was able to recover at speed!”

“I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Kai Jing for not only her expertise in physiotherapy and its related support to give to skaters competing at Sections this year but for the absolute time and dedication she takes for her skaters and their well being overall. Attending to taping, prevention, and other preparatory physiotherapy things, that my daughter reported were invaluable to her ability to perform and her overall mobility. Kai Jing made a huge difference. She also, supports techniques and exercises so skaters can learn to adequately self care when needed. Combined with her amazing resources and support system, she is by far the most beneficial sports physiotherapist we could hope for. Not having a great deal of previous knowledge regarding physiotherapy- I have learned how critical her care is for skaters at the level they are! We are so grateful she was there and I hope to share her with everyone I care about for various injury and other issues as I believe she is everything the doctor can't do! We can't wait to see her again! HUGE gratitude and appreciation!!!”Read moreShow less

“As a coach, I have sent a couple of skaters to see Kai-Jing. She has done a great job of educating our skaters about their injuries and how to prevent and lower their pain levels on and off the ice. As a coach, it is imperative to know how to support our athletes in their rehabilitation journey and to have an open line of communication with the rehab team. Kai-Jing makes the communication between the coaching and rehab team more harmonious because of her extensive understanding of figure skating and her willingness to work with the coaches to get the skater back to pain-free training. After each treatment, we get an updated rehab plan outlining the skater's progress and her recommendations for on-ice and off-ice training based on their progress. In addition to the updates about our skaters, she provides the coaching team with tools and tips to ensure that our athletes are training with little to no pain. I would highly recommend skaters to see her for their physio needs as she has done a great job getting our skaters back to their regular training pain-free.”Read moreShow less
