“I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism I have experienced at this clinic. I contacted the clinic several weeks in advance to schedule an appointment. However, on the day of the appointment, I was informed that no booking had been made, despite my prior confirmation. This resulted in a three-week delay and considerable inconvenience. When I raised this concern, the staff were defensive and unwilling to take accountability for the error. Additionally, the clinic’s operating hours coincide with standard working hours, requiring patients to take time off from work to attend appointments. Despite this, patients are often made to wait for over an hour beyond their scheduled time. In contrast, the clinic imposes a $50 charge if a patient is late or misses an appointment, which feels inconsistent and unfair. It is also concerning that the staff responsible for scheduling appointments attribute such errors to the doctors. This lack of coordination and accountability reflects poorly on the clinic’s overall management and service standards.”

“This was a disappointing review but, in my opinion, a necessary one. Today I was at 6O8 filling some prescriptions and a staff member brought in her dog and took in all through the main floor of the clinic. The reason I write this is due to the fact that there are folks out there, like my wife, who is deathly allergic to all animals. I understand that people do have service/support animals, this was definitely not one of them. Folks such as my wife need spaces that are animal free in order to be able to keep breathing and unless it’s a documented and actual service/support animal, it has no place in a medical setting. “I meant to leave this review a little while ago but I'm rather absent minded, so better late than never. First off, I've been seeing the crew at 608 Health since they were at their previous location, under their previous company name. And I'll tell you all, the service level had never changed and the staff have always been incredible. Fast forward to present day. I enlisted their service once again when I had contracted Bell's Palsy. I had done some research on acupuncture to aid in the the recovery process. I'm glad I went back to 608. Sean and Brady are masters of their craft and absolutely fantastic humans. Having a previous relationship didn't hurt, either. Within a few weeks, the results were more than apparent. Every time I came in for my next appointment, there were drastic improvements and eventually, I had my face (while nothing to marvel at) back to normal! I can't possibly thank those gentlemen enough and would happily seek them out again if I need further acupuncture treatments, regardless of ailment!”
