“I would not recommend this place for a lash lift and tint. I booked a $65 package that included a lash lift and tint, brow lamination, and an underarm wax. My first appointment was in early May 2026. Unfortunately, the lash lift and tint did not work. During the appointment, my lashes were processed twice, but they still never lifted. Reenu told me my lashes were “stubborn” and naturally very straight. She even used an eyelash curler afterward, which really surprised me because I’ve never experienced that after a professional lash lift. She offered a complimentary redo of the lash lift and tint after 4–6 weeks. However, due to her scheduling/personal emergency and my own unexpected ER visit, I wasn’t able to return until July 15, 2026. On the day of my appointment, I received five missed calls asking me to come in at 12:30 p.m., even though my appointment was scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Unfortunately, even after the second lash lift treatment, my lashes still were not lifted. Instead of acknowledging that the treatment hadn’t worked, she continued to blame my naturally straight lashes. It was frustrating, disappointing, and ultimately a waste of my time. What made the experience even worse was how my safety concern was handled. During the treatment, I heard a buzzing sound in the room. The treatment room was open to the main salon entrance, so I politely asked if she could quickly check whether it was a bee or a fly as my eyes were both closed due to lashes curing. Since I had recently experienced a severe allergic reaction to a bee sting that required an ER visit I wanted to ensure Im no near any bees!!. Instead of taking my concern seriously, she laughed and told me I was being “paranoid,” insisting that the sound was just the waterfall background music. I left feeling disappointed by both the results and the LACK of EMPATHY and PROFESSIONALISM. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this salon for lash lift and tint services. “I've been going to Simply Posh for almost a year now, getting my upper lip and bikini area lasered and occasionally having my eyebrows threaded. I am thoroughly impressed with my results — I barely have any regrowth in those areas, and appointments are super quick. It's truly in and out in five minutes, in a clean and comfortable environment. My eyebrows are always beautifully shaped after threading as well. Prices are reasonable, and the overall experience has been consistently great. “I’ve been going to Simply Posh Aesthetics for laser hair removal and microneedling, and I’ve had a wonderful experience so far. It is very clean, professional, and welcoming. It’s also very easy to make appointments, which I really appreciate with a busy schedule. Reenu is incredibly knowledgeable and clearly passionate about what she does. She takes the time to explain the treatments and makes you feel comfortable and confident in the process. For the laser hair removal, I was pleasantly surprised to see results even after the first session. Of course, I know the full results come after completing the full course, but it’s encouraging to see improvement so quickly. Another big plus is that the procedure is not painful because they use a cold laser. And I absolutely LOVE the microneedling facial. I purchased a package of three treatments in a promo, and I think the price is very reasonable. After just the first facial, I already noticed a significant improvement in my acne. I’m really looking forward to completing the other two treatments and seeing the final results.
