“Absolutely unprofessional establishment. Had an appointment booked for my 10 year old son, he was very excited to finally be talking to someone since he struggles with PTSD. When we arrived today they refused to see him because of something they didn’t do on their end prior to the appointment. Sadly left very upset and my son feeling let down by the system. Not to mention I left my wallet there and they didn’t even call to tell me!!! I had to use my air tag to find it 45 mins later…. Brutal.”

“I recommend Simply Counselling to anyone that is struggling and do not know how to start when seeking help. I found them when I most needed and the support my family and I got was amazing. The team is highly prepared and ready to welcome you in a very safe environment. Of course I did not always hear what I wanted but I can assure you that everything I learned/heard from them was what I needed when I needed. I was lost and they helped me find myself and my purpose again. I can’t find enough words to express how thankful I’m to have worked with you all at simply counselling to help me find joy in life again. “Honestly we were kicked out of Kristen's office as soon as our time was up. I feeling really overwhelmed and stressed and she did not care or try to make another appt to talk another day. I also felt really picked on. And that the only way to fix my relationship was a one way street and I had to do it all. That's how I felt when I left. That was very unprofessional and unkind. Sorry but I would not reccomend her.”
