“I’m giving 1 star only because the esthetician who performed my facial was fine. However, my overall experience was ruined by the front desk customer service. After my treatment, I paid and sat down to quickly apply some makeup before leaving. When I checked the time, it was only 7:23 PM. The spa’s posted closing time is 8:30 PM, so I assumed I had plenty of time to freshen up and leave. However, the receptionist immediately told me that they were closing and later said they would be closing at 7:30 PM because I was the last customer. I was only taking out a cushion and blush and planned to stay for just a few minutes. Instead, I felt rushed the entire time. The receptionist repeatedly watched me, reminded me about closing, and made me feel as though I was being pushed out the door. I completely understand businesses wanting to close on time. However, there is a big difference between politely informing a customer of closing procedures and making a paying customer feel unwelcome and pressured to leave immediately. I was actually considering coming back for another massage with the same esthetician and booking laser toning treatments in the future. Unfortunately, because I did not feel welcomed or valued as a customer, I have decided not to return. I do not recommend this spa.”

“I’ve been seeing Yeonghun (Andrew) Bae for RMT sessions and I can honestly say he’s amazing. He’s very kind, professional, and really knows what he’s doing. He creates a comfortable, welcoming atmosphere and actually takes the time to listen to your needs. I always leave feeling much better, whether it’s pain relief or just less tension. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients. Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a great RMT.”

“I just had the 90-minute Signature Facial O2 Derm at Silver Spring Spa with Ruby, and it was genuinely the best facial I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Ruby was incredibly attentive, gentle, and so knowledgeable about my skin. The treatment itself was relaxing, thorough, and left my skin looking brighter, smoother, and more hydrated than it has in ages. Ruby took her time, explained each step without overwhelming me, and made the whole experience feel so personalized. I walked out absolutely glowing. If you’re looking for a facial that actually delivers results and feels luxurious the entire time, I can’t recommend Ruby and the Signature Facial O2 Derm enough. Truly amazing!”
