“The facility is clean and welcoming, and booking an appointment was simple and convenient. However, the overall experience fell short. When the acupuncturist came out and saw me waiting in the lobby, they continued chatting with the receptionist about Google Maps reviews instead of starting the session. I had paid for a 60-minute treatment but only received about 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the session didn’t provide much relief, and I left feeling disappointed. “I am so grateful to Shobna for having helped me with my symptoms of Meneire’s disease. “I have been undergoing treatment for my Plantar Fasciitis. Shobna is very knowledgeable in the science of Acupuncture. She know every physiological problems and straight away identifies the muscle, and verifies the symptoms with the patient and provide the treatment. She is very experinced in the Chinese medicine and explains you about the treatment, and inserts the needles at the exact points.
