“Chantelle is in a class of her own! She has mastered her craft and I don’t know there is anyone else who would be able to help me so much in the ways that she has. Appointment days (with her) are my favourite days. Also, the ladies in charge at the front desk, Bonnie and René, are so very kind, thoughtful, compassionate and helpful. “I saw Dr. Kulak a couple of times for my shoulder. The treatment was efficient, thorough and everything was explained very well. I was sent home with some exercise to improve things until the next appointment. “I had two back problems happen in less than a week. I saw two different Doctors and both were excellent! They didn’t simply perform adjustments, they worked on muscles, which were tight and causing problems. I very much appreciated this wider approach to dealing with my back issues. “We have had an initial assessment with Dr Julia Huepel for our newborn. She has a friendly, calm presence and a gentle approach to her care. When he would fuss, she would give him breaks and snuggles with mama and demonstrated compassion for his experience which I appreciated very much as not all doctors will do this. After some gentle work on his upper back and neck, he fell asleep and went on to have a good day. We will be back to see Dr. Huepel to complete his treatment. Clinic is clean, and front desk staff were friendly and helpful as we also had a busy toddler with us! I always appreciate when an environment doesn't make you feel like your children are an inconvenience to be managed, but a welcomed party to be acknowledged.”Read moreShow less

“Renee was so kind & helpful today at getting my colic baby in asap to see Dr Johnson. I was so happy I could cry!! Being a mom is hard, but having small acts of kindness like Renee today, makes a great impact on day to day life! Dr Johnson is very friendly, professional and personable. “Dr. Julia Heupel Chiropractor does an amazing job of listening to patients to understand problem areas. Even problems that have been chronic and long lasting are making very good improvements. She modifies treatment on how well different body parts respond and that makes a great difference. I fully recommend visiting and helping your spine and joints heal and recharge. Entry way has sandals to switch into to keep indoor environment clean and healing. Waiting area is clean, front desk staff are always great, rooms are clean and large. Parking can be a little tricky at times and is behind the building. There are ramps from the back and in the front for mobility.
