“I have consulted Dr Nicholas for my lower back pain. Really happy with my recovery under his guidance. Stayed consistent with the exercise he asked me to do and i got 60 percent pain relief within a week. I thought its just a muscle spasm, were in pain for 2weeks when I made up my mind to visit physio. He is knowledgeable, good listener and flexible. Takes time to assess your condition and than give some recommendations.Thanks Dr Nicholas for supporting me when I was in need. In addition he checks on his patients if their recovery is on track throughout a journey which i likes the most. I do recommend him.”

“I was a bit hesitant at first about going to Physio about my back. My Dr who is a triathlete recommended Nick at Shift Physio Clinic. I went in with excruciating lower back issues and Nick put me through the paces. The first session was assessment, and a few new stretching exercises. Second visit was another assessment and build on these exercises. I did feel as though these visits were doing wonders for me. Within two months and a change of routine in my morning workouts, i have begun my journey back to where i was once was. I'm still using these exercises in my morning ritual as I'm almost back to normal. Would i recommend this clinic. 100% i would!!! Thanks again for everything you do.”

“I hadn’t had a professional massage in 15 years. I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest. I was getting physiotherapy at Shift for a rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder and knew I would receive some attention for that. But after I explained my overall physical situation with join replacements, back issues, etc. what I received was a remarkably relaxing and vitalizing full body massage. As I write this a day later I still feel a real opening of motion and release of muscle tension I didn't even realize I had! I will return, absolutely. Thank you!”

“as a plus size person, it can be intimidating going to a new health clinic, but I’m glad I was brave and tried Shift out. I have now seen Rashmi for a massage & Nicolas for physio and both practitioners were non-judgemental and incredibly skilled. With Nicolas in particular, I felt supported and heard when I explained my barriers to movement and how pain impacts my life, and was approached with very practical tools and just basic kindness that cannot be taken for granted these days. cannot wait to go back!”
