“I would highly recommend Shift Family Health. The office has great ambience and I loved all the old stone work. I had a very pleasant experience with reception. My first appointment was with Dr Canzi, one of their Chiropractors, as I was having issues with my lower back and hips. He was professional , courteous and made me feel confident in our plan of care. He was one of the best chiropractors I have seen and will look forward to continuing with him in the future. I have also seen Kristi and Kelly. Both were amazing massage therapists and felt I got something positive for my wellness from each of them. Also looking forward to working with them in the future. “This review is for Kristi (massage therapist) and Dr. Joanne Hutton! For Kristi: She’s sooooooo good! I really struggle with shoulder/ neck pain from work and overall poor posture. The stretches she has given me for home care have helped more than previous suggestions from other professionals. I enjoy her massage technique- good amount of pressure, slow and controlled. She’s also just the sweetest person ever and I get excited to see her! For Joanne: I have been wanting to see a naturopath for about 4 years for acne, PMS, and gut health issues. I like how every time she recommends a supplement/ plan she references studies and research that support why she’s recommending that- really makes me feel confident. So far everything she’s suggested has WORKED and I’m excited to keep taking her suggestions! She also walked me through my blood work throughly, it made sense, and I understood her vision for a treatment plan. The shift family health center really has something for everyone.
