“I’ve Always had so much anxiety about going to the dentist. Sherbrooke Dental is by far the best Dental experience I’ve ever had! Everybody is so nice and welcoming! They always make sure you’re Comfortable. Every time I have an appointment, every single employee has a smiling face which creates such a great atmosphere. “I had an amazing experience at this clinic! I’m very satisfied with the service I received from start to finish. Dra. Hanin Musbah was incredibly professional, very patient and attentive making sure all my concerns were addressed for me and my son’s dental issues were properly taken care of. The hygienists and assistants were also very kind and supportive throughout the whole process, which made me feel comfortable and at ease everytime. Special thanks as well to the front desk staff for being friendly and welcoming every time I came in. I truly appreciate the care and effort from the entire team. “I’ve been a patient here for years and have always been happy with my care, but my experience today was very disappointing. I arrived for an 11:30 appointment for two fillings and mentioned I was on a lunch break; I was told it would take around 45 minutes. Instead, the appointment lasted 90 minutes, primarily because I was left alone in the chair mid-procedure. After drilling, the dentist left to see other patients, leaving me for an extended period with my mouth held open and equipment in place. No one checked on my comfort during this time. “I have just moved back from living abroad for 6 years. I was very nervous to have to find a new dentist. Sherbrooke Family Dental has been more than welcoming to me as a new patient! Melissa showed me so much kindness during my appointment. I felt so comfortable and informed about everything that was going on throughout.
