“Very bad experience was having I booked for 2:00pm May 26th Tuesday I drove from Richmond Hill and when I arrived there by 1:57pm door was locked and it was closed, I waited for 05 minutes and I called also 02 times to find out what happened then I left and I got a call@ 2:14pm by that time I was half of my way, This kind of service not acceptable.”Read moreShow less

“Probably one of the best massages ive gotten in Canada. I think the Thai oil massage is something everyone should do just for muscle maintenance at least once a month or two. Be warned it’s a little tough on ya but feels so good. I highly recommend Ester. They do offer direct billing as well. Overall fantastic experience. Will be coming back for sure.”Read moreShow less

“The staff needs to be trained. I called to book massage the receptionist said today we are full and then i asked can i get any appointment for tomorrow and also asked about the prices she said Sorry and hanged up. I mean atleast have an answer to get new customers I guess they have enough customers to treat and they dont want a new customer. “I had a really disappointing experience at this spa. The entire time, there was a child screaming loudly, which completely ruined what was supposed to be a relaxing massage. I even asked the masseuse if something could be done, but instead of helping, she just left the room and I was left to deal with the situation myself. On top of that, I had specifically requested a deep tissue massage, but what I got was far from it. It felt like there was no effort or technique—just someone going through the motions without any care. To make things worse, the reception has a note saying a minimum 10% tip upfront. I really dislike places that treat tipping like a mandatory fee instead of something earned through good service—especially when the service itself is so poor. Honestly, I’ve never felt so eager to leave a massage session. It was stressful instead of relaxing. Definitely not coming back.”Read moreShow less

“It was my first time to try the combination of Swedish &thai massage. My partner was satisfied from his firstime here so why not to try also. Today was his 2nd time and encouraged me to try. We booked our massage at 6pm and the staff were very accommodating especially I didn't arrive in time and they extended the services just to provide the complete hour for my massage. It was an excellent experience from Nena that she put a great pressure which makes me feel more relax afterwards. She confirmed with me first if the pressure is okay or strong.
