“I love their RMT service and have always had a great experience with the massage therapists. Unfortunately, the online booking system has been very frustrating. I’ve booked twice, and both appointments were cancelled because the time slots weren’t actually available. The clinic acknowledged they were already aware of the issue, yet online self-booking is still available. It wastes patients’ time and should be fixed before continuing to offer online booking.”

“The clinic is clean, well-organized, and appointments are always on time, the receptionist is friendly. What I appreciate most is that Dr. Ryan Zhang, he is an excellent chiropractor! Professional, knowledgeable, and caring, he genuinely listens to concerns and provides personalized care. I had very severe back and shoulder pain and fully recovered after four treatments. Highly recommended!”

“I visit this clinic two to three times a week and have tried physiotherapy, osteopathy, and massage therapy. I can honestly say they are the best. “The management is excellent, the staff’s behavior is outstanding, and the follow-up care for patients is very good. Also, Mr. Mehdi Maddahi’s osteopathy work is excellent and I am very satisfied. “I had a great experience with Faranak Gulsoy and ear acupuncture. I was dealing with ongoing neck pain due to my 9-to-5 job, along with high levels of stress and anxiety, and digestive issues. After completing 10 sessions of ear acupuncture, all of my symptoms were resolved. She is professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process.
