“I had my first ever acupuncture treatment yesterday, with all this crazy in my life right now I found myself jumping between adult me and little Tara version. I haven't been sleeping. Head pounding, constant anxiety. Chest pain, patience level is low..not wanting to go to work..alot..that's normally not me. She literally stuck needles in my head.. my forehead ..feet...hands.. right into my throat..into my spine.. I went to bed at my normal time...but I literally slept like a baby.. zero headache..zero anxiety...I feel way more calm..more clarity...thinking of everything I went through, today, doesn't give me high blood pressure or anger. Highlight recommend. She's in Beaumont if anyone wants to go see her.
