“Shannon is great! She was well prepared when I arrived, read my submission questioner before our appointment. The massage was amazingly pleasant and what I loved the most, she didn’t talk unless I talked. She let me enjoy the massage without constant chatter. Shannon also sent me a follow up email with exercises for my hands right after our meeting. Shannon’s website has an appointment calendar so one can easily book a date without going back and forth like with bookings via phone-call. Shannon also processed my insurance for me on the spot! I actually thought I was going to have to cancel an appointment ine day because I had no baby sitter for my daughter. My partner was going for a massage right after me. She let me have my daughter and I wait in the waiting area and we played while we waited. She spent the time to know my daughter and was so good with her.
